Nurse Tara’s: prescription for a healthy active life
When a doctor percribes us a medication we take it it to be healthier. Use this simple prescription recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics for a healthy life.
5 Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies a day.
2 Limit screen time to at least 2 hours a day. (tv+video games+computer)
1 Get at least one hour of physical activity every day.
0 Drink fewer sugar sweetened drinks, switch to water or low-fat milk.
